Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping for all orders placed with our online store, located in Alicante, Spain.
*Countries outside the European Union (USA and UK) pay additional customs and VAT/transport related costs.
 

1.Shipping Areas

We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU), UK, Switzerland, Norway and the United States. Please note, customers outside the EU could be responsible for the import formalities, including import duties and VAT in the country.
 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, size and weight of the item(s) purchased. Your total shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page.
 

3. Shipping Times

We usually ship order within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.  We aim to dispatch all orders within two to three business days after the payment has been received and verified.  Delivery tires vary depending on the destination. For certain Magda Butrym items delivery time could be a little longer, up to 7 business days. 
 

4. Delivery

We use reputable shipping companies to deliver our orders. Upon dispatch, you will be sent a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
 

5. Customs

Any customs, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
 

6. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please read more about our refund policy.
